Google Lighthouse score for the PG Web Studio homepage.
The business challenge
PG Technology Solutions Corp operates three related but distinct service lines. The MSP site serves Miami businesses seeking managed IT, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, backup, and technology guidance. PG AI serves businesses nationwide. PG Web Studio also serves businesses nationwide with strategy, design, development, conversion, and discovery work.
Combining every service into one navigation and domain would blur audience, geography, expertise, and calls to action. Building three unrelated brands would discard the trust and operating connection of the parent company. The architecture needed separation and continuity at the same time.
The three-property architecture
The solution uses pgsolutionsmiami.com for the Miami MSP, ai.pgsolutionsmiami.com for PG AI, and webstudio.pgsolutionsmiami.com for PG Web Studio. Each property has its own positioning, service pages, conversion path, assessment or support experience, metadata, canonical URLs, structured data, sitemap, and AI-readable business summary.
A shared ecosystem bar links the divisions and identifies the PG Solutions group. The color, typography, logo treatment, motion, opening sequence, and interaction language create continuity while the hero, navigation, services, and tools remain specific to the visitor’s goal.
Four interactive tools built around customer intent
The ecosystem includes a menu-based Level 1 support assistant on the MSP site, an AI Opportunity Assessment on PG AI, and both a Website Strategy Assessment and live Website Health Check on PG Web Studio.
The assessments use transparent, deterministic scoring rather than a language model. They provide explanations, category breakdowns, action plans, print or PDF options, and consent-based email delivery. The Website Health Check calls Google PageSpeed Insights from the server, normalizes and validates public URLs, and returns educational Lighthouse signals without exposing an API key to the browser.
- MSP support: guided troubleshooting, fix confirmation, deeper steps, security escalation, and consultation routing.
- AI assessment: readiness categories, best-fit opportunities, a recommended pilot, and a 30/60/90-day path.
- Website strategy assessment: brand, conversion, UX, search, and operating-readiness guidance.
- Website health check: mobile performance, accessibility, best-practices, SEO, metrics, issues, and improvement explanations.
Conversion paths without publishing a phone number
Each division routes consultation actions to its own Microsoft Bookings experience. Booking links pass through a first-party redirect that records the division and page source without storing the visitor’s name or email in the event.
Assessment completions, report delivery, and health-check completions also create privacy-conscious first-party events. This establishes a measurement foundation while respecting the decision not to publish a phone number or residential address.
Technical SEO and AI-search foundations
The initial expansion created eighteen focused core and service URLs across the three sites, including Miami-specific IT pages and nationwide AI and Web Studio pages. Every page uses a canonical URL, descriptive metadata, internal links, visible direct answers, related services, and page-appropriate structured data.
The sites publish XML sitemaps and llms.txt summaries, allow OAI-SearchBot, intentionally block GPTBot, and expose a verified IndexNow key. New and changed URLs can be submitted to participating search engines while Google Search Console remains the primary place to evaluate Google indexing and search performance.
Crawler access and structured data improve discoverability and understanding. They do not guarantee rankings, rich results, citations, leads, or revenue.
Verified launch evidence
After the SEO expansion, every new service page, public key file, and sitemap returned HTTP 200 on its custom domain. Each sitemap listed six current core and service URLs at that milestone, and IndexNow accepted all eighteen submitted URLs for processing.
A fresh live mobile scan of the PG Web Studio homepage on July 29, 2026 returned Lighthouse category scores of 94 for performance, 95 for accessibility, 100 for best practices, and 100 for technical SEO. The PG Web Studio report combined those categories into a 97/100 educational overall score.
What the evidence does and does not prove
The case study demonstrates shipped architecture, live interactive tools, measurable technical quality, public discovery assets, and working conversion routes. It does not claim client revenue, lead growth, ranking gains, or customer outcomes that have not yet been measured.
The next evidence layer will come from Search Console trends, qualified conversion data, approved client testimonials, and case studies with real before-and-after business results. Those additions should be published only when enough time and verified data support them.
The next improvement loop
Performance and accessibility remain ongoing work. The live scan identified opportunities involving unused JavaScript, color contrast, image dimensions, image delivery, render-blocking requests, and speed index. Those signals provide a prioritized technical backlog rather than a reason to claim perfection.
Content authority also compounds over time. Original guides, an identified author, a founder profile, service-to-resource internal links, current sitemaps, and recurring measurement create a stronger foundation than publishing generic articles or invented testimonials.
The system is designed to be measured, improved, and supported—not treated as finished because the launch succeeded.
